How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We pack orders every day and ship them the next day. For Spain we ship in 48-72 hours and for the rest of the world it can be between 6-16 days. (depending on the country)
I handcraft everything on this website that is made of wool. The delivery times are the same but the preparation times of the dolls usually take 6-7 days more. Think that I am a very experienced and demanding artisan and I want my products to arrive in perfect conditions. In short:
If you buy a wool doll on this website, keep in mind that it can take between 7 and 20 days to arrive.
If you need it before, do not hesitate to write to us and I will tell you if it is possible. Everything can be talked about in this life. 🙂

Our warehouse staff will package all goods to our exacting requirements. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that many parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
