I handcraft everything that’s made of wool in this web. Shipping times are the same but preparation times for the wooldolls usually take 6-7 days more. Think that I am a very experienced and demanding artisan and I want my products to arrive in perfect condition. In short:

Returns

The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
